Thomas Bates & Son Limited is a family run Property Company that has been established since 1927.

The company is run from our Head Office within the Bates Industrial Estate, Harold Wood, Essex with assets along the A12 corridor in and around Essex and Suffolk.

The company began as contractors and were involved in the construction and refurbishment of high profile developments. During this time the company began to establish their commercial portfolio. A decision was taken that the company would concentrate on property investments and the company as it is now known was established.
